AI Guardian is currently in beta. As a beta user, you understand that:

3. Use of Service

AI Guardian implements responsible security testing methodologies that adhere to industry best practices and ethical guidelines. All security tests are conducted with built-in rate limiting, throttling mechanisms, and safeguards to prevent any potential harm to target systems. Our testing protocols are designed to:

• Respect API rate limits and service quotas of LLM providers
• Implement exponential backoff and retry mechanisms to prevent overwhelming systems
• Use non-destructive testing patterns that assess vulnerabilities without causing damage
• Operate within the ethical boundaries of responsible disclosure and security research
• Ensure all tests remain within the operational thresholds of target systems
• Avoid any testing patterns that could cause service disruption, data loss, or system instability

Users must ensure they have proper authorization before testing any systems and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding security testing in their jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AI Guardian are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy and Data

5.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

5.2 Security Scanning

When you use our security scanning features:

• Test prompts are sent to the LLM providers you configure
• We do not store your API keys on our servers
• Scan results may be temporarily cached for performance
• You are responsible for compliance with your LLM provider's terms

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2 Security Testing

AI Guardian employs advanced mathematical models, statistical analysis, pattern recognition algorithms, Markov chain analysis, entropy calculations, and machine learning techniques to provide comprehensive security testing. However, as we are currently in beta, we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected. Security is a continuously evolving field, and new attack vectors emerge regularly. While our sophisticated detection methods significantly enhance security assessment capabilities, you should not rely solely on our Service for complete security assurance and should implement defense-in-depth strategies.

7. Limitation of Liability
